Il Gruppo Fotografico Massa Marittima BFI in collaborazione con il Toscana Fotofestival e la Federazione Italiana Associazioni Fotografiche FIAF organizza il “15° Premio Epson Le Logge” nell’ambito della manifestazione “19° Toscana Foto Festival”. La manifestazione fa parte della ottava edizione di “PORTFOLIO ITALIA – GRAN PREMIO EPSON ITALIA ”, e si terrà nei giorni 9 e 10 luglio 2011 a Massa Marittima.
Premio “Epson – Le Logge” 15° EDIZIONE
Regolamento
2 ) L’autore è l’unico responsabile del contenuto delle immagini fotografiche, ad ogni effetto di legge e sarà lui stesso a presentare i suoi lavori al giurato al momento dell’incontro prefissato, quindi non occorre spedirli.
3 ) La richiesta di partecipazione, dovrà pervenire alla segreteria del Toscana Foto Festival entro il 2 luglio 2011 e fino ad esaurimento posti.
4) L’ordine di visione dei porfolio sarà determinato da una lista d’iscrizione composta in base all’ordine di arrivo delle iscrizioni, sarà fissata la data e l’ora approssimativa di lettura del portfolio, assegnando l’ordine dei giurati su appuntamento fino ad un massimo di tre giurati
5 ) Gli appuntamenti saranno fissati con una cadenza di 30 minuti circa l’uno dall’altro L’Organizzazione informerà partecipanti sul giorno e l’ora della visione delle loro opere e sui giurati presenti e se i giudizi saranno positivi, sarà ammesso alla fase finale.
6 ) La lettura dei portfolio si svolgerà nei giorni sabato 9 luglio 2011 dalle 9,00 – 13,00 e 16,00 – 19,00 e domenica 10 luglio 2011 dalle 9,00 – 13,00
7 ) La Giuria si riunirà domenica 10 luglio 2011, giorno in cui verrà individuato ed eletto il miglior portfolio, dandone pubblica comunicazione sabato 16 luglio ore 22,00 durante la serata conclusiva dove avverranno le assegnazioni dei Premi. Il giudizio della Giuria è inappellabile e la partecipazione al Premio implica l’accettazione incondizionata del presente regolamento.
8 ) Il vincitore del 1° premio esporrà le sue opere al “Toscana Foto Festival” 2012
9 ) L’Organizzazione si riserva il diritto di duplicare le opere del vincitore per un eventuale uso su materiale pubblicitario, cataloghi e per la promozione della manifestazione, citando il nome dell’Autore.
10 ) Se l’autore fosse impossibilitato a ritirare i portfoli ammessi, al termine dei lavori il materiale verrà spedito in contrassessegno al recapito chiaramente segnalato, oppure potranno essere ritirati entro
il 30 luglio 2011. Se ciò non avvenisse, le immagini rimaste in deposito presso la Segreteria, saranno considerate una donazione all’Archivio del Toscana Foto Festival. L’organizzazione del Toscana Foto
Festival declina ogni responsabilità per danni, furti o smarrimenti legati alla spedizione.
È indispensabile che i vincitori ritirino personalmente il premio durante la serata delle premiazioni, pena il decadimento dello stesso.

La lettura del portfolio è aperta al pubblico.
“Epson – Le Logge” Prize XV EDITION
Regulations
1. The prize is about a free subject, every participant can present 1 portfolio, made by a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 30 pictures (only printed pictures are accepted). The author can freely choose the
size and the support of the photographs. Every printing technique are accepted. Slides won’t be accepted. On the back of every picture must be well written: the title of the portfolio, name, surname and address of the author.
2. The author is the only responsible for the pictures’ content, to every law’s effect and he will be presenting his works himself to the judge at the fixed meeting, so, the author doesn’t need to send the works.
3. In order to participate, you have to send all your personal data and a telephone number (also mobile) by e-mail, fax or post at the Toscana Foto Festival office no later than 2th July 2011.

4. The order of the vision of the portfolios will be determined by a registration list based on the order of the arrivals of the registrations, the date and the hour of the portfolio reading will be fixed, assigning the order of the jury (maximum 3 judges).
5. The appointments will be fixed in intervals of 30 minutes each between them. The organization will inform the participants about the day and the hour of their works’ vision, and about the present jurymen and if the opinions will be positive, the participant will be admitted at the final stage.
6. The portfolio reading will take place on Saturday July 9th 2011 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and on Sunday July 10th 2011 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
7. The Jury will choose the best portfolio on Sunday July 10th 2011. The public communication of it, will take place on Saturday July 16th 2011 at 10:00 p.m. during the ending gala where the assignations of the prizes will take place. The judgement of the Jury is final and the participants of this Competition must accept these rules.
8. The winner of the 1° Prize will display his/her work at the “Toscana Foto Festival 2012”
9. The Organization can duplicate the pictures of the winner for a possible use on advertising materials catalogues, and for the promotion of the manifestation. saying the author’s name.
10. If the author won’t be able to withdraw the admitted portfolio, at the end of the works the material will be sent to the signalled address and the author will have to pay the posting by checks or by credit at the arrive of the material, or the portfolios can be withdrawn before July 30st 2011. If this won’t happen, the pictures left in the deposit of the office will be considered a donation to the Toscana Foto Festival files. The rganization of the Toscana Foto Festival doesn’t have any responsibilities for damages, stealing or losses connected with the posting.
It is essential for the winners to withdraw personally the prize during the prize-giving evening. If a winner won’t be able to be there, there will be a decline of the prize.
The portfolio reading is opened to public.
